Terms of Service
Version BMH-TOS-2026.09.26.1 · Effective 26 September 2026
These Terms govern your use of Book My Hands, including its booking, customer management, recovery, and subscription tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Book My Hands provides software for service businesses. A merchant is responsible for its services, staff, availability, prices, customer communications, and the quality of work it provides. A customer's appointment is with the merchant, not Book My Hands.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or payment providers.
Bookings, cancellations, and deposits
The cancellation and deposit policy shown before a customer confirms a booking applies to that booking. A merchant must present that policy clearly and honour it. A later policy change does not apply to an existing booking.
Where a payment or deposit feature is available, it is processed by the applicable payment provider. Payment availability does not make Book My Hands the provider of a merchant's service. Refunds for merchant services follow the Refund Policy and the merchant's displayed booking policy.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in Ghana cedis at the price shown before checkout. A merchant may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term and access continues until then. We do not give a pro-rated refund for unused subscription time except for a duplicate or unauthorised charge, a material billing error by Book My Hands, or where applicable law requires it.
We give at least 30 calendar days' written notice before raising the price for an existing merchant, moving an eligible pilot merchant from its protected rate after 12 paid months, or materially reducing paid plan limits or included features. A price increase cannot take effect during an already paid annual term.
Your data and content
You retain responsibility for the information you enter and for having a lawful basis to use customer information. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Notice. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
Changes and ending the service
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, law, or security. We will give reasonable advance notice of a material change and state the new version and effective date. You may stop using the service at any time.
Notices and disputes
Send a platform, subscription, or data notice in writing to [email protected], identifying the account or booking, the issue, and the requested remedy. We aim to acknowledge notices within 2 business days and seek good-faith resolution within 14 calendar days.
Where a dispute remains unresolved, either side may propose voluntary mediation in Ghana. These Terms are governed by Ghana law, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The Ghana courts have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
